What this Privacy Policy Covers

  • This Privacy Policy covers SP's treatment of personally identifiable information that you, your computer, or your ISP provide us when you are on a SP Site, and when you use SP services. Any Recordings that you submit to the SP Sites may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be accessed or downloaded by the general public.

    1. You request information, products, or services;
    2. We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process;

Childrens' Privacy

  • SP does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information on the SP Sites from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our website is directed to persons under 13.
